Abstract

Grâce à une méthodologie rigoureuse et progressive, cet ouvrage permet de construire et rédiger de façon efficace un Business Plan, outil indispensable à la création et au pilotage d'une entreprise. Les auteurs s'appuient sur leur expérience professionnelle pour, à l'aide d'exemples, aider le lecteur à : • comprendre ce qu'est un Business Plan ; • définir son projet ; • rédiger le texte ; • élaborer les prévisions financières, de l'installation à l'exploitation. Cette 3e édition, entièrement restructurée et actualisée, met l'accent sur le just in time et la saisonnalité, points essentiels à la réussite d'un projet. Plus opérationnelle, elle prend en compte les évolutions récentes des modèles économiques. Qu'il s'agisse de projets industriels, technologiques, commerciaux ou de services, ce livre accompagne les créateurs, depuis la conception jusqu'à la présentation de leur Business Plan.
