Abstract

L'analyse d'entretiens avec des dirigeants de PME « sorties de l'enfance » ayant connu une ou plusieurs périodes d'hypercroissance au cours des dix dernières années, suggère que la confiance joue un effet de levier sur les ressources immatérielles dans ces PME. Une démultiplication des efforts de chacun dans l'exploitation de l'ensemble de leurs ressources est alors observée. Si les parties prenantes de ces PME acceptent de faire confiance aux dirigeants et donc de s'engager avec et auprès d'eux lors des périodes de croissance forte, elles en attendent réciproquement un véritable engagement dans la croissance
