Abstract

Capital confiance et performance durable - À qui confier les clés ? résulte d'une confrontation des résultats de deux études : l'une, auprès des dirigeants, porte sur les nouveaux enjeux de la performance pour les entreprises, menée par Sylvie Rolland, directrice de la chaire Performance des organisations de Paris-Dauphine ; l'autre réalisée auprès de directeurs Qualité, par Anne-Laure Mauduit, responsable du pôle Études du Groupe AFNOR. La partie prospective du livre émane des travaux des membres du réseau de clubs de dirigeants QHSE* Parcours Croisés, synthétisés par Christophe Villalonga, auteur du livre Devenez Manager qualité 2.0 ! Penser autrement, se comporter différemment, agir durablement. En trente ans, la fonction s'est installée dans le paysage des entreprises : elle pèse aujourd'hui plus de 100 000 emplois en France et mobilise directement plus de 200 000 personnes. Plus d'un million d'entreprises dans le monde, dont 32 000 en France, se sont emparées de la norme ISO 9001 pour augmenter le niveau de confiance avec leurs marchés.
