Abstract

Propose de nouvelles fondations théoriques, épistémologiques et méthodologiques pour les sciences du management. Les auteurs passent en revue les problèmes fondamentaux et apportent des solutions : théorie de l'action collective, institutions du management, validité des concepts, relation à l'action et à la décision, place de l'intervention dans la démarche de recherche.
