Abstract

Cette communication éclaire la mise en oeuvre d'un dispositif clinique d'intervention en transformation des structures mentales du fonctionnement et du management de l'organisation. Elle montre comment l'acteur peut entrer dans un travail de réflexivité dès lors que le dispositif permet d'opérer en intersubjectivité contradictoire. L'acteur devient sujet de son espace d'efficience au travail travail, dénommée espace hodologique. Il se met en mouvement et entreprend un processus de transformation de ses structures mentales.
