Abstract

In the event of failures in HRM practices, do the adjustments of HR by the practice have positive effects on performance? The study of welfare networks shows that in a particular inter-organizational context, co-operations and HR have a paramount role in the realization of performance. The self-regulation of HR enables users to find their ways in the relation of service coproduction. The analysis of the ways HR develop their skills provides means to act for HR managers.
