Abstract

La situation actuelle de l'économie russe inquiète sérieusement la Banque centrale du pays – qui doit lutter contre la spéculation à la baisse du rouble – , ainsi que la plupart des entreprises russes importatrices ou exportatrices. En revanche, le complexe militaro-industriel analyse l'essor des tensions internationales subies par la Russie comme un signe encourageant en faveur de son développement et de son influence politique
