Abstract

Ce manuel expose différentes méthodologies d'aide à la décision permettant de traiter les trois étapes d'un processus décisionnel : modélisation, évaluation et décision. Les chapitres sont organisés autour de différents angles: décision monocritère versus multicritère, décision financière versus non financière, décision certaine versus risquée ou incertaine. Les différents concepts de décision sont exposés dans une première partie. Une deuxième partie présente des études de cas. L'ouvrage n'a pas pour but d'être exhaustif dans la présentation des méthodologies, ni d'être un ouvrage théorique mais d'avoir une approche pragmatique, suffisamment robuste et relativement accessible pour permettre aux utilisateurs de traiter la plupart des situations où l'enjeu de la décision est important et la prise de décision difficile. Cet ouvrage est dédié aux élèves d'écoles de management et d'ingénieurs et aux étudiants d'université ayant un intérêt pour la prise de décision.
