Abstract

Cette étude s'intéresse à la perception de collaborateurs en situation de handicap et managers au sujet de la politique handicap d'un groupe financier. L'analyse qualitative et le positionnement épistémologique interprétativiste des données confirme bien un découplage entre discours et pratiques au sujet de cette dimension de la diversité qu'est le handicap. La mesure de cet écart à travers le regard de la principale partie prenante du sujet (les collaborateurs en situation de handicap) permet d'obtenir en même temps que la mesure, des actions correctives. Les suggestions des collaborateurs sont essentielles pour un management réussi du handicap et par extension de la diversité.
