Abstract

Les questions d'alimentation durable ne peuvent être circonscrites à la sphère nationale, dans la mesure où les interactions internationales sont indéniables. Ce chapitre s'interroge sur leur rôle, en se concentrant sur la volatilité des prix alimentaires mondiaux et sur les normes et standards publics et privés.
