Abstract

L'article examine trois questions liées à la caractérisation et à la mesure du progrès technique : la prise en compte de la quasi-fixité de certains netputs à court-terme, la définition des biais correspondants à différents équilibres, les problèmes économétriques liés à la représentation du progrès technique sous la forme d'un trend linéaire.
