Le capital, le produit et les autres facteurs de production dans l'agriculture française de 1789 à nos jours

Abstract

Cette étude des rapports entre capital et produit et entre capital et autres facteurs de production commence par une réflexion théorique sur l'évaluation du capital dans le processus de production. Seule une valeur travail autorise une réflexion la raisonnement, il e cohérente. Toutefois pour appuyer le raisonnement, il est fait appel à un coût monétaire (valeur de remplacement). Les résultats obtenus en étudiant l'évolution des rapports envisagés sur une période allant de 1789 à 1967, montrent que jusqu'en 1914 l'agriculture est restée une activité basée sur l'utilisation intensive du travail. Entre les deux guerres il y a une lente évolution avec une accumulation par travailleur compensant à peine l'exode agricole. C'est seulement depuis les années 50 que le capital par produit tend à augmenter nettement et que le capital par travailleur s'élève rapidement, signes indiquant que l'agriculture devient une activité de type capitalistique.
