Abstract

Cet article examine la dynamique de résolution des tensions et des conflits sur le territoire de la Durance. Elle fait l'hypothèse que les conflits et les tensions autour de l'eau ont contribué à façonner et à faire évoluer la gouvernance. L'analyse historique des usages, des acteurs, des outils mobilisés pour résoudre les conflits est mise en perspective avec l'évolution de la gouvernance. Elle vise à identifier les leviers qui permettraient de faire face aux aléas accrus par le changement climatique et à discuter les propositions des acteurs locaux.
