Abstract

L'efficacité des projets d'utilité sociétale dépend de l'intégration des nouveaux dispositifs par leurs usagers. La communication de ces dispositifs socio-techniques est vue ici comme une question de >. Les modèles de l'intégration sociale des innovations en SIC nous montrent alors comment les nouveaux dispositifs sont acceptés et appropriés par leurs usagers. Des axes déterminants se dégagent, en amont (l'acceptation) comme en aval (l'appropriation) de l'usage, où l'usager mobilise les représentations et l'imaginaire pour évaluer l'expérience, les avantages et les pertes liés à l'usage. Cette construction mentale de sens de l'usage situé s'apparente dans la littérature à la formation de la Valeur perçue d'usage. Nous explorons ici ce concept et son rôle dans l'intégration sociale des dispositifs socio-techniques d'appui aux PME en Asie Centrale.
