Abstract

Cet article montre l'importance de l'évolution des relations interindividuelles dans le processus entrepreneurial. Les réseaux sociaux dédiés à deux projets entrepreneuriaux chez un fabricant de semi-conducteurs sont comparés ainsi que l'incidence de leurs évolutions sur l'émergence, la concrétisation et la sélection par la direction des projets. L'apport principal de ce travail est de montrer que les pratiques RH doivent évoluer lors du processus entrepreneurial et qu'elles doivent viser à accroître le capital social des porteurs de projets.
