Abstract

L'objectif de l'article est de vérifier si dans une organisation ambidextre, les caractéristiques des réseaux sociaux des porteurs d'idées créatives ont une influence sur le type de projet initié. L'étude est menée sur onze projets créatifs dans un centre de R&D d'un fabricant de semi-conducteurs. Les caractéristiques des réseaux propices aux innovations d'exploitation et d'exploration sont mises en évidence ainsi que les objectifs et motivations des acteurs à les activer.
