Abstract

Cet article identifie les principales difficultés rencontrées lors des évaluations organisationnelles au sein des organismes relevant du secteur des services non marchands et tente d'apporter quelques solutions afin de proposer un nouveau modèle de réflexion et d'appréciation de la performance de ces structures. Les critères d'implication et d'appropriation du process d'analyse par les acteurs concernés semblent s'inscrire au cœur du schéma de l'étude. La prise en compte du cycle de vie de l'entité et de la finalité recherchée via l'analyse constituent également des variables à intégrer dans la définition du processus d‘évaluation.
