Abstract

La gestion patrimoniale est devenue un sujet de préoccupation de plus en plus sensible pour les organisations publiques locales, en réponse à un contexte contraint. En effet, ces dernières cherchent depuis quelques années, à innover en faisant évoluer leurs pratiques de gestion du patrimoine. Dans ce cadre, en s’appuyant sur des éléments conceptuels, cette étude a vocation à proposer un cadre d’analyse des innovations en matière de gestion patrimoniale publique locale, orientées vers le pilotage par la performance. Par le biais d’une méthodologie quantitative et qualitative, nous analysons la pertinence de ces modèles théoriques pour décrire les innovations patrimoniales mises en œuvre par les collectivités locales. Ceci nous amène au final à proposer des voies d’évolution aux pratiques locales jugées comme élémentaires.
