Abstract

Les parcs industriels fournisseurs (PIF), configurations reposant sur une implantation géographique de certains fournisseurs à proximité immédiate du donneur d'ordres, suscitent questionnement quant aux modes de coordination les plus appropriés en contexte d'hyper proximité. L'article se propose d'étudier les problématiques inhérentes à la double coordination qu'impliquent les PIF : la coordination intra-PIF (entre fournisseurs et constructeur) et la coordination intra-organisation (entre site avancé fournisseur présent sur un PIF et sa maison-mère). Comment parvenir à concilier les exigences de coordination avec la maison-mère tout en respectant les règles de coordination spécifiques à chaque PIF ? Nous verrons quels sont les intérêts et limites des modes de coordination traditionnels et sur cette base nous envisagerons l'apport éventuel des métarègles.
