Abstract

Le management est général et universel, la pratique des affaires est c ontextuelle. Le management est mimétisme, la réussite en affaires est différence. Le management est à distance, les affaires sont au contact. Le management dit comment paraître mais explique peu comment faire. Le management se dit science, la pratique des affaires est habileté. Le management se doit d'être une construction rationnelle, légale et morale; les affaires sont exploitation des contradi c tions, des incohérences, du silence des lois, de la confusion d es morales, de la subjectivité des appréciations de la valeur des choses et des êtres. Le management est une doctrine conçue et promue par des clercs qui ne sont pas aux affaires et massivement diffusée par les médias, les écoles et les consultants. Le management est public, les affaires sont privées... Très privées. Le management est un corpus de normes, la réussite en affaires est la transgression opportuniste de ces normes.
