Abstract

American Pharma Company, dénommée ainsi pour des raisons de confidentialité, est l'un des leaders mondiaux de l'industrie pharmaceutique. En 2015, l'entreprise décide de modifier sa structure organisationnelle afin d'harmoniser les procédures au niveau des achats. La nouvelle organisation, qui est de type matriciel et qui renforce le rôle du siège, entraîne de nombreux changements dans les différentes filiales du groupe. La filiale française est également concernée, et les réactions des acheteurs sont partagées.Comme dans les autres pays où American Pharma Group est implanté, la mise en place de la nouvelle organisation entraîne des changements importants pour l'équipe achats en France, notamment au niveau du reporting auprès du siège régional en Allemagne et du siège mondial aux Etats-Unis, et des pratiques de négociation avec les fournisseurs.
