Abstract

Nous cherchons à démontrer quels sont les effets induits de la pratique de la télémédecine dans l'exercice médical de deux manières et en quoi cela peut augmenter l'attractivité d'un territoire par la rupture de l'isolement professionnel par un processus d'auto-renforcement : elle participe à la diffusion du savoir médical entre praticiens, sa pratique modifie la perception qu'ont les acteurs des limites de cette nouvelle organisation des soins.
