Abstract

Cet ouvrage offre une vision complète et actualisée du management interculturel. Il vise à améliorer la compréhension des différences culturelles dans un contexte mondial en mutation. De nombreux conseils sont donnés aux managers afin de les aider à mieux gérer les situations interculturelles dans des environnements culturels variés. L'auteur présente les multiples facettes de la culture, les caractéristiques de nombreuses cultures nationales et leur gestion du temps, de l'espace et de la communication. Elle explique l'impact des différences culturelles sur l'organisation des activités, la gestion des ressources humaines, le marketing et les négociations internationales. L'analyse proposée est illustrée par des schémas de réflexion et d'action, de nombreux exemples et de témoignages, et 10 études de cas qui s'appuient sur des situations interculturelles.
