Abstract

Si le travail de lentrepreneur, du manager, du leader et, de façon générale, de chaque responsable public ou privé, pouvait se résumer à suivre des procédures, il suffirait de développer ces seules compétences à lire des modes demploi, pour résoudre pléthore de difficultés. Mais on sait que ce nest pas le cas : les solutions, celles qui permettent datteindre les objectifs, on les ne trouve quà la marge des procédures, en tâtonnant.
