Abstract

Les jeux de simulation soutiennent depuis plus de trente ans, une vision systémique du transfert des savoirs, savoir-faire et savoir-être dans le monde industriel. L'article revient sur l'utilisation de « Muda, le jeu du lean »©. Ce serious game repose sur un apprentissage global traitant du concept de lean management dont l'objectif est d'améliorer la performance dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise en réduisant les gaspillages. En tant qu'outil pédagogique, il permet aux apprenants d'aborder toutes les dimensions de la philosophie lean. Fondé sur une approche empirique, notre papier a pour but de décrire les conséquences de son utilisation dans le cadre de la formation d'étudiants. Il revient sur une expérience d'adaptation de la pédagogie du jeu dans le but d'aider au passage de la condition d'étudiant à celle de professionnel autonome. L'article tente finalement d'apporter des éléments de réponse à la question d'une réelle pertinence de ce type d'outil au service de l'acquisition de connaissances profitables au pilotage de la performance globale dans l'industrie.
