Abstract

L'objectif principal de cette recherche est d'étudier les valeurs des dirigeants de PME de la région Lorraine afin de comprendre comment ils envisagent leur ancrage dans le territoire et leur responsabilité à l'égard de son développement. Cette recherche s'intéresse plus spécifiquement aux représentations que les dirigeants ont des valeurs clefs dans la gestion de leur entreprise et le développement durable de la région, que ces valeurs soient personnelles ou professionnelles. Réalisée à partir d'une enquête menée auprès de 25 PME de la région Lorraine entre 2014 et 2015, cette étude permet d'entrevoir l'engagement des dirigeants de PME en matière de développement durable et leur participation à la structuration d'une économie verte lorraine.
