Towards an exploratory study of the effect of moral imagination on ethical work climate

Abstract

The relationship between creativity and ethics is empirically underresearched. In this research, we decided to address moral imagination and ethical work climate as essential ingredients 29 and sub-sets of creativity and ethics. In this perspective we intend to study how moral imagination affects ethical work climate? To answer this question we will be looking at the impact of moral imagination on the dimensions of ethical work climate. Investigating the link between moral imagination and ethical work climate would be meaningful to understanding how an organisation can comply between the requirements of creativity and ethics.
