Abstract

Au regard de leur déploiement conséquent sur le marché du travail, le faible loyalisme assigné aux Y représente un enjeu majeur, qui questionne les pratiques de GRH. En particulier, une gestion des ressources humaines dite adaptive doit prendre en compte les nouvelles règles du jeu organisationnel. Comment accompagner les Y dans l'entreprise ? Ce travail exploratoire propose d'étudier les attentes de futurs managers appartenant à un graduate programme. L'approche herméneutique mobilisée se distingue des démarches empiriques quantitatives classiques menées sur cette thématique, qui concluent en majorité au mythe générationnel.
