Abstract

Ce dossier supplémentaire complète le précédent sur l'emprise organisationnelle par le pouvoir. Il présente l'outil qui va lui succéder : l'emprise organisationnelle par l'évaluation des pairs élus. Certes ce changement met fin à la critique portant sur l'antique couple marxiste « dominant-dominé » mais le remplace par un couple bien plus aliénant au sein d'un simulacre de démocratie. Abandonnant la différence de rang hiérarchique comme légitimation de l'évaluation, la dyade « évaluateur-évalué » abandonne aussi le principe de réalité fondé sur la compétence et l'expérience au profit du principe de plaisir. En effet, le principe électif privilégie séduction, plaisir et désir. L'évaluation par les pairs qui se met en place favorise les membres du réseau occulte de l'élu. Ce dernier réserve rejets et jalousies aux « autres » qui se conforment pourtant à ses normes par ajustement déférentiel. Elle établit une nouvelle aliénation organisationnelle fondée sur l'insécurité, l'angoisse et autres tourments physiques, intellectuels ou moraux chez l'évalué.
