Abstract

Les Editions du Plat Pays ont été créées en 1930. Elles conservent depuis l'origine une forme associative. Elles assurent la réalisation et la diffusion d'ouvrages et de revues à caractère régional. Après une phase de croissance régulière, l'activité semble stagner depuis une dizaine d'années. A 63 ans, Monsieur François, son directeur charismatique, pense que des changements sont nécessaires pour améliorer la compétitivité de son entreprise et être plus stratégique.
