Abstract

La formation s'est lentement transformée en une fonction intégrée, processuelle et transversale. Cette mutation a eu un effet direct sur l'évolution du métier de logisticien et a renforcé la nécessité d'une réflexion sur la mise en place de plans de formation plus efficaces et adaptés. Ainsi, une plus grande proximité entre gestion des compétences et logistique s'est progressivement installée.
