Abstract

La logistique urbaine est un domaine dont les évolutions ont essentiellement été guidées par les volontés politiques sans toujours prendre en compte un regard scientifique. Cette communication présente un cas concret au sein de la ville de Metz et qui a permis la mise en œuvre d'une démarche scientifique proposant une méthode et outil de modélisation/simulation/analyse valorisant les aspects quantitatifs et qualitatifs au cœur d'une préoccupation liée au développement durable.
