Abstract

De nombreuses plateformes de co-création d'idées jouent sur le principe d'un modèle hybride de coopération et de compétition pour mobiliser les internautes. Ce nouveau modèle de " coopétition " a émergé récemment et pose question. Cette communication présente les résultats de deux expérimentations qui étudient et comparent les effets des interfaces coopératives, compétitives et coopétitives sur l'attitude envers le site (AES). Nous montrons que l'approche coopérative possède un effet positif sur l'AES via son rôle positif sur la qualité perçue de l'expérience de co-création. L'approche coopétitive ainsi que l'approche compétitive ne produisent aucun effet significatif sur l'AES. Nous discutons les implications que ces résultats suscitent pour la conception des plateformes de co-création.
