Abstract

Ce papier présente notre contribution dans un projet de santé publique, appelé CEPIA, dont l'originalité consiste à proposer une prévention individualisée et un suivi personnalisé en fonction des facteurs de risque personnels (variations individuelles du mode de vie, de l'environnement et éventuellement du patrimoine génétique). Dans le cadre du volet santé/bien-être au travail de ce projet, notre travail de recherche propose d'identifier les facteurs de risque personnels des salariés, de participer à l'élaboration de programmes de prévention individualisés de santé globale au travail et d'analyser leur efficacité.
