Abstract

Les écrits produits dans les entreprises sont des discours spécialisés à double titre : le domaine et la culture de l'entreprise. Ce qui caractérise en premier lieu les écrits professionnels, c'est qu'ils accompagnent l'action. L'enjeu civique dans la formation à l'écrit est de favoriser par les étudiants en master pro la réappropriation des règles de la langue supposées acquises, en les adaptant à des environnements professionnels : terminologie, normes AFNOR mais également style écrit. Certes les technologies de communication à distance introduisent des tendances qui touchent à la langue, à commencer par l'immédiateté qui se heurte au temps que demande l'expression de soi, que l'énonciateur soit ingénieur, cadre intermédiaire ou dirigeant. La nouvelle maîtrise de la langue écrite n'est-elle pas un outil de management ?
