Abstract

Comment choisir une politique d'approvisionnement adaptée aux caractéristiques des diverses chaînes logistiques ? Quelles sont les méthodes de prévision de la demande ? Comment dimensionner un stock de sécurité ? Comment évaluer la qualité des prévisions ? Comment concevoir des systèmes intégrés d'approvisionnement? A ces questions R. Bourbonnais et Ph. Vallin apportent des réponses opérationnelles. L'objet de ce livre (deuxième édition) est de présenter de manière pratique les différentes méthodes liées à la gestion des approvisionnements et des stocks. Les principaux modèles mathématiques sont abordés simplement et de nombreux exemples numériques permettent aux lecteurs de se familiariser avec les formulations présentées. Cet ouvrage s'adresse à tous les professionnels concernés par les achats, la prévision des ventes, les approvisionnements et la gestion des stocks ainsi qu'aux étudiants en gestion, des Universités et des Ecoles de Commerce et d'Ingénieur.
