Abstract

L'ambition de cette recherche est d'étudier et de comprendre la relation entre la gestion de projet et le changement organisationnel. Nous avons confronté les travaux théoriques explorant cette relation et les résultats de notre étude de cas fondée sur un ensemble d'entretiens semi-directs menés auprès de chefs de projets dans deux entreprises tunisiennes leaders dans le domaine pétrolier et de travaux publics. L'analyse qualitative des données a permis d'une part, de formuler des propositions mettant en évidence l'impact de la gestion du projet sur le changement organisationnel et d'autre part, de souligner des implications managériales relatives à l'organisation et aux techniques de gestion de projet qui pourraient aider les responsables des entreprises à mieux gérer et maîtriser le changement.
