Abstract

Les équipes interculturelles évoquent d'abord des cadres travaillant par-delà les frontières dans l'univers des nouvelles entreprises dites globales. Et ces situations de travail internationales en anglais lingua franca sont de plus en plus répandues. Cependant, la mondialisation s'opère également par le bas et les équipes interculturelles recouvrent aussi des équipes d'immigrés chargés de travaux d'exécution. Bien que tout semble distinguer ces deux types d'équipes (nature des tâches, niveau de qualification, conditions économiques et matérielles), ce chapitre montre que dans les deux cas, un décryptage fin des lectures culturelles des membres permet d'améliorer sensiblement le management et l'efficacité de ces équipes.
