Abstract

L'objectif de cette communication est de s'interroger sur la professionnalisation du métier de manager dans le domaine Hygiène-Sécurité-Environnement (HSE) ainsi que sur le processus de professionnalisation d'un individu dans le domaine de la sécurité.
