Abstract

Loin d'être un phénomène de mode, le développement durable s'inscrit aujourd'hui dans la durée et relève d'une réflexion de fond touchant l'ensemble des acteurs. L'objet de ce travail est de montrer en quoi l'opérationnalisation du développement durable représente en enjeu majeur pour l'entreprise et plus précisément pour la supply chain, à la fois au travers des processus d'opérationnalisation employés et des outils de mesure de la performance qui en découlent. Une première partie de ce chapitre est centrée sur les enjeux. Le processus d'opérationnalisation est ensuite abordé. Enfin, une troisième partie est consacrée aux outils de mesure permettant d'évaluer les pratiques de développement durable.
