Abstract

Même si le e-commerce semble être rentré dans une phase plus mature, la distribution en ligne, encore appelée « e-distribution », demeure toujours un sujet d'actualité tant pour le monde de la recherche que pour celui des enseignes et des pure-players. Ces dernières années, nous avons ainsi pu assister à des mutations notoires dans l'univers de la distribution, et pas seulement du côté des grands distributeurs. Les vagues du multi ou de l'omni-canal et celle du drive sont, en effet, passées par là, mettant en évidence de nouvelles stratégies et de nouveaux enjeux, ainsi que de nouvelles formes d'organisation. Ce mouvement ne semble d'ailleurs pas terminé : la percée actuelle de l'économie collaborative, dont l'impact sur la e-distribution pourrait ne pas être neutre, en constitue un bel exemple.
