Abstract

Bourse et gestion de portefeuille est le titre de cet ouvrage. Bourse car les marchés de titres, les mécanismes de rencontre entre l'offre et la demande de titres, ainsi que les principes de fixation des cours, sont précisés principalement dans la première partie. Gestion de portefeuille car on se propose de dégager des règles opérationnelles : comment constituer un portefeuille ? Quels titres sélectionner ? Quel est l'impact de la diversification ? Est-il possible de prévoir de manière profitable ? Quel pourcentage peut-on consommer chaque année d'un capital placé en actions, sans épuiser ce capital sur une période de 30 ans ? Quel est le niveau de frais de transaction et de gestion qu'il ne faut pas dépasser de manière à ce qu'une méthode d'investissement qui donne 70 % de bons signaux soit profitable ? Une réponse est apportée à chacune de ces questions. La compréhension de la rentabilité, du risque et des principes de l'évaluation est toutefois un préalable. La 5e édition, complètement actualisée, privilégie une approche concrète en illustrant à partir de l'histoire boursière récente chaque notion présentée. Cet ouvrage est un manuel destiné aux étudiants de Master en finance et à toute personne souhaitant acquérir les connaissances utiles à la gestion de son portefeuille d'actions.
