Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif d'analyser les engagements pris par les grandes enseignes à destination des intérimaires, dans le cadre des politiques RSE menées dans le secteur du travail temporaire. Même si les grandes enseignes du secteur se sont engagées dans une démarche volontariste et structurée en faveur des intérimaires, la validité opératoire des politiques RSE demeure soumise à caution en raison des aspects contradictoires relevés, qui reflètent finalement la complexité des situations de travail atypiques. Le secteur du travail temporaire se heurte en effet à de nombreux paradoxes induits par une gestion simultanée de la précarité et des engagements sociaux présents dans la communication institutionnelle à destination des salariés. La précarité et l'intermittence caractérisant la relation intérimaire ainsi que le rôle périphérique assigné aux intérimaires dans les entreprises clientes semblent en effet peu compatibles avec le volet social des politiques RSE.
