Abstract

ENTRETIEN AVEC JÉRÔME FRANÇOIS, DIRECTEUR GÉNÉRAL COMMUNICATIONS CONSOMMATEURS CHEZ NESTLÉ FRANCE Souvent dénoncées comme responsables de l'augmentation de l'obésité et des maladies cardio-vasculaires. voire des crises alimentaires, les entreprises agro-alimentaires doivent faire face à un impératif de qualité nutritionnelle dicté aussi bien par les pouvoirs institutionnels que par l'opinion publique. Les grands acteurs industriels ont fait des choix stratégiques allant d'un positionnement santé très affirmé (« Apporter la santé par l'alimentation au plus grand nombre » pour Danone) jusqu 'à l'affirmation d'un hédonisme revendiqué (« Make today delicious » pour Kraft Foods). Jérôme François nous explique comment Nestlé offre une voie intermédiaire en reconnaissant les bienfaits de la diversité de l'alimentation, la compatibilité du plaisir et de la nutrition et en attachant une importance particulière à l'éducation nutritionnelle des consommateurs.
