Abstract

Le métier d'huissier de justice est entouré d'une sorte d'aura malheureuse. Il est mal connu et souffre d'une image négative auprès du grand public. Au même titre que le juge ou l'avocat, l'huissier est pourtant un maillon indispensable de la chaîne judiciaire .
