Abstract

La crise économique et financière démarrée en 2007 est une occasion pour s'interroger sur la pertinence des modes de gouvernance de nos Organisations. L'éthique apparaît comme le moyen de réduire la fréquence des crises émanant du comportement des grandes Organisations. Mais de quelle éthique doit-on alors parler et quel est le lien avec la gouvernance ? En replaçant la personne humaine au coeur des Organisations, cet ouvrage propose une approche théorique et pratique qui permette de reconsidérer la gouvernance des Organisations. C'est parce qu'un acteur économique détient une ressource utilisée par une Organisation, et que cette ressource expose son détenteur au risque de l'Organisation, que ce dernier devient partie prenante de l'Organisation et acquiert un droit légitime à participer aux mécanismes de gouvernance de son Organisation.
