Abstract

L'industrialisation des processus d'audit st un processus désormais mature, après voir connu une diffusion progressive depuis ne trentaine d'années. Les normes d'audit traduisent une démarche très standardisée. Pourtant, il existe un besoin grandissant de jugement sur des phénomènes complexes dont la traduction comptable est malaisée ou ambigüe. La qualité de l'audit, qui est principalement appréhendée à travers les deux dimensions d'indépendance et de compétence de l'auditeur, doit désormais intégrer l'exercice du jugement de rauditeur, c'est-à-dire une dimension qui repose certes sur la compétence et l'indépendance mais qui inclut également d'autres paramètres - liés à l'environnement économique et normatif - et qui renvoie aux notions de responsabilité et de consensus. Cet ouvrage intéressera les professeurs et étudiants en Université de niveau Master et en Écoles de commerce, les chercheurs, les Masters spécialisés CCA (Comptabilité, Contrôle, Audit), ainsi que les professionnels de l'Audit (auditeurs, experts comptables, cadres financiers et comptables en entreprise, pouvoirs publics).
