Abstract

Cet article traite de la logistique dans le choix et la mise en œuvre d'un type particulier de coopération interentreprises : les structures en réseau. Bien que leur légitimation ne soit plus à faire, la question de leur mise en œuvre et de leurs effets demeure. Aussi, face à cet état de fait, l'objectif de cet article est-il de présenter et d'approfondir des pistes de réflexion, ainsi que de suggérer une grille d'analyse, sur la place, la maîtrise et les effets de la logistique dans l'administration générale des structures en réseau. De multiples lectures (françaises et anglo-saxonnes) relatives à cette problématique, l'analyse de travaux empiriques et les prémices d'un modèle, fondé sur le rapprochement des notions de compétitivité et de structures en réseau, constituent le cadre de ce travail de recherche.
