Abstract

Cet article présente des règles permettant de mettre en place une gouvernance de larges Groupements Hospitaliers de Territoire (GHT) lorsque ceux-ci contiennent à la fois des établissements de taille très importante (CHU, CHR), mais également de gros établissements (CH importants) pouvant être partiellement référents et recours, établissements que nous considérons comme « intermédiaires ». Trois types de GHT que nous caractériserons seront tout d'abord explicités. Il s'ensuivra une description des relations particulières qui peuvent s'instaurer entre un établissement de taille très importante et un établissement intermédiaire.
