Abstract

Qu'elles soient perçues comme linéaires, réticulaires ou circulaires, les chaînes logistiques (supply chains) sont de plus en plus appréhendées à travers leurs dimensions politiques et stratégiques fondées sur le jeu des acteurs. Pour mieux comprendre ce phénomène, une rationalité de nature procédurale semble alors plus appropriée qu'une rationalité substantive de nature algorithmique. Or, à ce jour et malgré l'essor sans précédent que connaît l'industrie de la prestation logistique, aucune école ou courant de pensée n'a été clairement identifié comme béhavioriste pour observer la dynamique inter-organisationnelle des chaînes logistiques multi-acteurs. Cet article a pour ambition de participer à combler ce manque en proposant une lecture behavioriste de l'intermédiation logistique.
